I’m a Communications Consultant with a strategic focus on media relations, media operations, and event media management.

My motivation?

Creating high-quality work that drives meaningful results for the organization and makes a positive impact in the community.

How do I make that happen?

First, I’m a team player (thanks to my sports background). I focus on building genuine relationships with the people I work with, including stakeholders and members of the media.

Second, I make it a priority to understand the ins and outs of the organization I work with: its mission, values, and objectives. What works? What doesn’t? How can we improve daily communication processes?

Then, I create a clear structure and workflow that maximizes efficiency and ensures consistency across media outreach, pitching, internal communications, and event preparation (I love a good checklist!)

Finally, we all know things can get hectic with unexpected news or last-minute changes. I stay cool, calm, and collected. I rely on my experience and strategic thinking to take the right action at the right time.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse sports and entertainment brands—whether launching new ventures, campaigns, and events, or developing community engagement initiatives. I’ve also had the opportunity to work closely with professional athletes, coaches, and industry leaders to manage public relations at national and international events.
